When it comes to services like chin filler, it's not always our most highly requested, but sometimes it's the best choice that you didn’t even know you had! Today we’ll discuss some of the best cases for chin filler and how it can help to support other filler services as well.
Jawline Filler or Chin Filler?
Jawline filler has become increasingly popular on social media in recent years due to the satisfaction of aesthetic “before and after” photos but did you know that sometimes chin filler is a better choice than jawline filler? As with all of our injectable filler services, this can be situational but there are many times that chin filler can help to create the look you’re going for without needing to add anything else to the jawline!
Chin Filler Enhances Other Filler Services
Occasionally, chin filler is suggested in conjunction with other requested services jawline filler or lip filler. At Coco Med Spa, we always stick to a whole-face approach called “full facial balancing.” This means that we never offer a filler service that is going to create disharmony across the features by over-enhancing and creating a loss of balance. For example, very full lips can be so beautiful but they should be supported by the other features of the face. Adding to the chin when strengthening the jawline or adding volume to the lips ensures that the features work together to enhance the appearance as a whole rather than one feature overtaking another.
Benefits of Chin Filler
Chin filler is a great way to balance the profile of your face. Chin filler can help increase the projection of a weak or receded chin and is a great alternative to chin implants, especially in women. Chin implants are not as customizable as chin filler and are very difficult to reverse if you’re not happy with the results. Chin filler, however, can be dissolved with Hylenex/hyaluronidase injections. It’s also buildable and lasts for a very long time. This is because chin filler at Coco Med Spa is usually done with two syringes of two different kinds of filler with different viscosities to create a natural, custom result that looks like it’s always been there. First applications generally last for about a year. Second applications last about 1.5-2 years. Third applications generally last for several years and we always recommend Amy’s go-to advice about injections, “if it looks good, leave it alone.”
